    I just purchased the LOTE writing tasks bundle. After I download it and open it, it asks for a password. When I enter the password that I entered when creating an account, it says that the password is invalid and will not let me access the information that I just bought. Please let me know what the password is as I desperately need this information.

    Twelve days ago I purchased a BTLPT reading comprehension packet ($8.99) to study on but it won't let me open it because it's protected with a password. I tried my password but it says it's invalid! PLEASE HELP since my actual exam is approaching. Thank you! ( I have not received a separate email providing me with pw, just payment confirmation)
